Q What is the lead time for delivery?
A In general we are able to manufacture orders of a quantity of up to a few thousand items within 45-60days since order of confirmation fixed.

Q What's your Payment term?
A TT with 30% deposit , 70% balance against B/L copy.

Q What is the minimum order quantity(MOQ)?
A General MOQ of each design is 1200pcs per color, with best price.
For your special request with less MOQ, please let us know, we would check with our warehouse and our fabric supplier to find an available solution. Welcome to contact us for details.

Q What can you print?
A Please provide artwork in 300 dpi high resolutions, our designers will modify it to ensure it prints in the best effect.

Q Can I put my own label and logo on the products?
A Yes, you have two options as below:
（1）Send your label design to us, and we will make them for you and put them on the items.
（2）Send your finished labels to us, and we will put them on the items

Q Can I check the sample before I pay?
A We offer sample for you to check quality so you will know "what you see is what you get".

Q What is the lead time for samples?
A If we are not in busy season, your ordered samples will be sent out to you about 3-10 days.

Q Can you provide us sample, is it free or need to pay?
A Free for standard items, but limit the quantity. Only need to charge Express fee properly. Customized samples need to charge sample fee.

Q How much the transportation freight of samples?
A The freight depends on the weight and packing size and the destination.

Q How to order?
A Please send us your purchase order by Emai, or we can make you proforma invoice under your
request.
We need to know the following information for your order before sending you PI.
1) Product information-Quantity, Specification(Size, Material,Technological if needed and Packing requirements etc.)
2) Delivery time required.
3) Shipping information-Company name, Street address, Phone&Fax number, Destination sea port.
4) Forwarder's contact details if there's any in China.

Q How about OEM?
A Welcome, you can send us your own design and product and LOGO, we can open new mold and print or emboss any LOGO for you if you can reach our MOQ.

A The price is negotiable. It can be changed according to your quantity or package.
